What to send
- A correction. Tell us the page, the number and the link that shows the right one. We recheck within a week and change the date on the page when the number changes.
- For wallets and casinos. A new fee schedule, a method added or removed, a changed payout time: send the link to your published page. We quote published pages, not emails.
- Questions about a table. If a row is unclear, we'll answer and often rewrite the row.
What we can't help with
We are not a casino or a payment service, so we can't see your account, move money or settle a dispute. For a problem with a deposit or withdrawal, the casino's support and complaint process come first, then the wallet's.
